1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BiyoansDesk, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your school or institution and that you agree to comply with all rules, policies, and applicable laws related to our services.

2. Services Provided

BiyoansDesk offers a digital platform to help educational institutions manage operations, including student information, attendance, exams, fees, communication, and reporting.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or enhance our services without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.

  • Use the system only for authorized educational and administrative purposes.

  • Not misuse, copy, or distribute our platform’s source code or data.

Any misuse, including unauthorized data sharing or security breach attempts, may lead to termination of access.

4. Data Ownership

  • All data entered into the system (students, teachers, results, fees, etc.) remains the property of the respective school or institution.

  • BiyoansDesk only acts as a data processor to store, manage, and secure information on behalf of the institution.

  • We do not claim ownership over your school’s data.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Schools must pay subscription fees as per their selected plan.

  • All charges are non-refundable once the service is activated.

  • BiyoansDesk reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment or policy violations.

  • Renewal reminders will be sent before the plan expiry date.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform designs, logos, software code, and documentation are the intellectual property of BiyoansDesk.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our software without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

BiyoansDesk shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of data due to user error, internet failure, or unauthorized access.

  • Temporary downtime due to maintenance or server issues.

Our maximum liability will be limited to the subscription amount paid by the institution.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms,

  • Misuse the platform, or

  • Fail to pay subscription dues.

Upon termination, the institution’s data will remain available for export for a limited time before deletion.

9. Privacy Policy

By using BiyoansDesk, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

10. Changes to These Terms
